Routific Pricing 2026: Free Plan, $150 Flat Rate and Per-Order Costs Explained

Routific is free for up to 100 orders a month, then a flat $150 a month up to 1,000 orders, and a few cents per order above that. It does not charge per driver or per vehicle: every driver and dispatcher is included. That makes Routific cheap for a team with many drivers and few orders, and expensive for one driver who only needs the stops put in order.

Key takeaways

  • Free plan: up to 100 orders a month, with every feature except SMS notifications.
  • Paid: a flat $150 a month up to 1,000 orders, then from 15 cents down to 3 cents per extra order. Above 50,000 orders a month you talk to Routific.
  • No per-driver fee. Routific says it moved away from per-vehicle pricing in mid-2024.
  • Compared with per-driver tools such as OptimoRoute (US$35.10 per driver per month, billed annually), Routific's $150 is cheaper once you have about 5 drivers.
  • For one driver who just needs the quickest stop order, a phone app costs far less. MiliRoute is free up to 10 stops per route, then A$15 a month.
  • Every Routific figure here is from routific.com/pricing, read on 1 November 2026. The page shows "$" without naming a currency.

How much does Routific cost in 2026?

Routific has one paid plan, and the price depends on how many orders you deliver each month. Here is the whole price list as the pricing page shows it:

Orders per month What Routific charges
Up to 100 Free
Up to 1,000 Flat $150 a month
1,001 to 2,000 15 cents per order
2,001 to 3,000 13 cents per order
3,001 to 5,000 10 cents per order
5,001 to 10,000 8 cents per order
10,001 to 20,000 5 cents per order
20,001 to 50,000 3 cents per order

Routific says it counts "each unique order only once, when it is scheduled to a route". So an order that you move between routes is not charged twice.

The page shows prices with a "$" sign but does not say which currency, so check it at checkout before you compare it with a price in your own money.

What does the free plan include?

The free plan covers up to 100 orders a month. Routific says it "comes with all features except for SMS notifications". That is generous: you can try route planning, the driver app and proof of delivery on real work before you pay.

100 orders a month is roughly 4 to 5 orders a day over a working month. That is enough to test the software. It is not enough to run most delivery businesses.

How much would Routific cost my business? Worked examples

The pricing page lists a rate for each band of orders above 1,000. We read the bands as adding up on top of the $150, in the same way tax brackets do. That is our reading of the wording, so confirm it with Routific before you budget.

Orders in a month Working Monthly cost
80 Within the free plan $0
600 Within the flat plan $150
1,500 $150 + 500 x 15 cents $225
3,000 $150 + 1,000 x 15 cents + 1,000 x 13 cents $430
5,000 $430 + 2,000 x 10 cents $630

Spread across the orders, the cost per order falls as you grow: $150 for 600 orders is 25 cents per order, while $630 for 5,000 orders is about 12.6 cents.

Is Routific cheaper than paying per driver?

That depends on how many drivers you have. Many dispatch tools charge for each driver. Here is how the entry prices compare, all taken from each company's own pricing page:

Tool How it charges Entry price
Routific Per month, by orders $150 a month up to 1,000 orders, all drivers included
OptimoRoute Per driver Lite US$35.10 per driver per month, billed annually
Spoke Dispatch Per month, with stops included Starter US$125 a month, 1,000 stops included, then US$0.04 per stop
Onfleet Per month, with tasks included Launch from US$619 a month, 2,500 tasks included

The simple break-even with OptimoRoute: $150 divided by US$35.10 is about 4.3 drivers. With 4 drivers OptimoRoute Lite costs US$140.40 a month, which is less than Routific. With 5 drivers it costs US$175.50, which is more, as long as you stay under 1,000 orders.

So Routific suits teams with many drivers and a moderate number of orders. A per-driver tool suits a few drivers with a lot of orders each.

The prices for OptimoRoute, Spoke and Onfleet were read from their own pricing pages on 24 October 2026. See our full route optimization software cost guide for more tools.

What do you get with Routific?

From Routific's own pages:

  • Route optimization for several drivers at once, with time windows.
  • A driver mobile app.
  • Proof of delivery: "Photos, signatures, barcode scanning and notes".
  • Real-time GPS tracking and a customer delivery tracker.
  • Customer notifications by email. SMS costs extra.
  • Unlimited drivers and dispatchers on every plan.

A fleet of five or more drivers is where order-based pricing starts to beat per-driver pricing.

When is Routific the wrong choice?

Routific is a dispatch platform. It is designed for a planner who builds routes on a computer and sends them to drivers. It is a poor fit if:

  • You are one driver planning your own day. $150 a month is a lot to pay for putting your own stops in order. Single-driver apps cost around US$9 to US$20 a month, and several are free for short routes.
  • You run a lot of orders with very few drivers. Past 1,000 orders a month you pay per order, and a per-driver tool may cost less.
  • You need SMS updates to customers on a tight budget. SMS is an extra cost.

What is a cheaper Routific alternative for one driver?

If you are one courier or a very small team, and what you need is the quickest order for your stops on your phone, a driver app is enough:

App Free plan Paid plan
Geo2 15 stops per route Pro US$8.99 per user per month
MyWay Route Planner 15 stops per route Pro US$9.99 a month
Spoke Route Planner 10 stops per route Lite US$9.99 a month
MiliRoute 10 stops per route Premium A$15 a month or A$140 a year

MiliRoute is the app we make, so treat that row as a vendor's view. It puts your stops in the quickest order, scans addresses with the phone camera, records proof of delivery, and works on Android and on the web. On a real London route that we ran on 24 October 2026, it cut the drive from 40.2 km to 23.9 km. See the UK route planner page for the details. We also compare the two directly in MiliRoute vs Routific.

Questions people ask about Routific pricing

Is Routific free?

Yes, for up to 100 orders a month. Routific says the free plan includes all features except SMS notifications.

Does Routific charge per driver?

No. Routific says "You pay for the orders you deliver, not per driver or vehicle" and that you can add every driver "at no extra cost".

How much is Routific per month?

A flat $150 a month for up to 1,000 orders. Above that, 15 cents per order from 1,001 to 2,000, falling to 3 cents per order from 20,001 to 50,000.

Did Routific use to charge per vehicle?

Yes. Its pricing page says "Older versions of Routific used per-vehicle pricing; we changed this in mid-2024." Old reviews that quote a per-vehicle price are out of date.

What counts as an order?

Routific counts each unique order once, when it is scheduled to a route.

Is Routific worth it for a solo courier?

Usually not, unless you deliver fewer than 100 orders a month, which is free. For one driver, an app at around US$9 to US$20 a month, or a free plan, does the job of ordering the stops.
