Geo2 Alternatives in 2026: 7 Route Planners Compared on Free Stops and Price
Geo2 is one of the cheapest route planner apps: free for routes of up to 15 stops, and US$8.99 a month for unlimited stops. The best Geo2 alternative depends on what you are missing. MyWay matches the 15 free stops. Spoke has a free web planner for 20 stops with no account. RoadWarrior is cheaper by the year. MiliRoute adds a camera address scanner and per-route analytics. For a whole team, Routific or OptimoRoute fit better.
Key takeaways
- Geo2: free forever for routes of up to 15 stops, with up to 10 AI requests a day. Pro is US$8.99 per user per month, and paying yearly saves 20%.
- The most free stops: Spoke's free web planner (20 stops, no account), then Geo2 and MyWay (15 each).
- Cheapest by the year: MyWay Expert US$79.99 a year, then RoadWarrior Pro US$120 a year.
- To scan addresses with the camera: MiliRoute (A$15 a month) or RouteMate's AI label scans (US$19.99 a month).
- For a team with a dispatcher: Geo2 Advanced (US$15.99 per user) or Routific ($150 a month, all drivers included).
- Every price is from each company's own pricing page. Geo2 and Routific were read on 1 November 2026 and the others on 24 October 2026.
What does Geo2 cost in 2026?
| Geo2 plan | Price | Users | Stops per route |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0, "free forever — no trial, no credit card, no expiry" | 1 | Up to 15 |
| Pro | US$8.99 per user per month | 1 | Unlimited |
| Advanced | US$15.99 per user per month | Up to 10 | Unlimited |
| Enterprise | US$39.99 per user per month | Unlimited | Unlimited |
Geo2's page also says the free plan includes up to 10 AI requests a day, and that annual plans save 20%. Annual plans are "billed upfront and non-refundable after 14 days", so try the monthly plan or the free trial first.
That is a strong offer. If Geo2 works for you, there may be no reason to switch. The rest of this guide is for drivers who need something Geo2 does not do the way they want.
Why do drivers look for a Geo2 alternative?
The usual reasons are practical rather than about price:
- More than 15 stops, without paying. The free plan stops at 15.
- Paying once a year for less. Two apps cost less per year than Geo2 Pro paid monthly.
- Adding addresses faster. Typing 40 addresses on a phone is slow. Some apps read them with the camera.
- A team with a dispatcher. Someone plans the routes on a computer and sends them to drivers.
- Wanting to compare. Many drivers simply want to check they are not missing a better app.
What are the best Geo2 alternatives?
| App | Free plan | Cheapest unlimited plan | Good for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Spoke free delivery planner | 20 stops in a web browser, no account | Spoke Route Planner Lite, US$9.99 a month | One-off routes on a computer |
| MyWay Route Planner | 15 stops per route | Pro US$9.99 a month (200 stops per route), or Expert US$79.99 a year | Drivers who pay yearly |
| Spoke Route Planner (formerly Circuit) | 10 stops per route | Lite US$9.99 a month | iPhone and Android drivers who want CarPlay or Android Auto |
| RoadWarrior | 8 stops per route | Pro US$10 a month billed yearly (US$120), or US$15 monthly; 120 stops per route | Solo professionals |
| RouteMate | 5 stops per route, 5 routes a month | Solo AI US$19.99 a month (150 stops per route) | AI label scanning |
| MiliRoute | 10 stops per route | Premium A$15 a month or A$140 a year | Camera address scanner, proof of delivery and analytics on Android and web |
| Google Maps | Up to 9 stops including the destination | Free | Short trips where you already know the order |
MiliRoute is the app we make, so read that row as a vendor's view. Every other row comes from that company's own page, and "formerly Circuit" is how Spoke describes itself.
Google Maps does not reorder your stops. You have to drag them into order yourself. Our guide to the Google Maps multiple stops limit shows what that costs on a long day.
Which alternative costs the least per year?
If you drive every week, the yearly price matters more than the monthly one. Using each company's listed prices:
| App | Plan | Price for 12 months |
|---|---|---|
| MyWay Route Planner | Expert (yearly) | US$79.99 |
| Geo2 | Pro, yearly (monthly price minus 20%) | about US$86.30 (our arithmetic: US$8.99 x 12 x 0.8) |
| Geo2 | Pro, paid monthly | US$107.88 |
| Spoke Route Planner | Lite, paid monthly | US$119.88 |
| RoadWarrior | Pro (yearly) | US$120 |
| MiliRoute | Premium (yearly) | A$140 |
| RouteMate | Solo AI, paid monthly | US$239.88 |
The Geo2 yearly figure is our own arithmetic from the "Save 20%" on its page. The exact yearly price was not shown in the page text we read. MiliRoute is charged in Australian dollars, so your bank converts it.

Which Geo2 alternative is best for scanning addresses?
If you load parcels with printed labels, typing every address is the slowest part of planning. Two apps in the table read addresses with the camera:
- MiliRoute has a camera address scanner: point the phone at a label or a list and it picks up the addresses. It is on the free plan too. See how to scan delivery addresses with your phone camera.
- RouteMate lists AI label scans on its paid plans: 300 scans a month on Solo AI.
Geo2's pricing page lists an AI voice assistant for adding stops, which is a different approach: you say the address instead of typing it.
Which Geo2 alternative is best for a team?
If one person plans routes for several drivers, look at dispatch tools rather than single-driver apps:
- Geo2 Advanced, at US$15.99 per user per month for up to 10 users, is the natural next step if you already like Geo2.
- Routific charges $150 a month for up to 1,000 orders, with every driver included. It is free for up to 100 orders a month. See our Routific pricing guide.
- OptimoRoute Lite is US$35.10 per driver per month, billed annually.
How do I test an alternative without losing a day?
- Take yesterday's stops, ideally 10 to 15 of them so that every free plan above can handle them.
- Enter them in the same order in Geo2 and in the app you are testing.
- Optimize and write down the total distance and the driving time from each app.
- Check the first three stops make sense to you as a local driver.
- Time how long it took to enter the addresses. Over a year, that matters as much as the route.
We ran this kind of test ourselves on 24 October 2026 with 8-stop sample routes in three cities. In MiliRoute, New York went from 85.9 km to 37.9 km, Toronto from 34.3 km to 24.6 km, and London from 40.2 km to 23.9 km. The stops were entered in an ordinary, unplanned order, so your savings will differ.

Questions about Geo2 and its alternatives
Is Geo2 really free?
Yes. Geo2's pricing page says the free plan is "free forever — no trial, no credit card, no expiry", with 15 stops per route and up to 10 AI requests a day.
Which route planner has the most free stops?
Among the ones we checked, Spoke's free web delivery planner allows 20 stops with no account. In an app, Geo2 and MyWay allow 15 stops per route for free.
Is there a free alternative to Geo2 with unlimited stops?
Not among the apps we checked. Unlimited stops are a paid feature in every one of them. You can split a long day into several free routes, but you lose the overall best order.
Is Geo2 better than Circuit?
Circuit is now called Spoke. Geo2's free plan allows 15 stops and Spoke's free plan allows 10. Paid plans start at US$8.99 a month for Geo2 Pro and US$9.99 a month for Spoke Lite. Which is better depends on features you need, such as CarPlay, scanning or dispatch.
Does MiliRoute work outside Australia?
Yes. Address search and the camera scanner accept addresses in Australia, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. See the US, Canada and UK pages.
