These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MiliRoute, operated by MiliRoute Pty Ltd (ABN 84 633 787 451). By creating an account or using MiliRoute, you agree to these Terms.
MiliRoute provides route planning and optimization tools for delivery businesses, including multi-stop route optimization, saved routes, delivery status tracking, and address scanning.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. Plan features and pricing are described on our pricing page and may change from time to time; we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing customers of material changes.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt the platform, reverse-engineer the software, or use it for unlawful purposes.
MiliRoute calculates routes using third-party mapping data (including Google Maps). While we aim for accuracy, road conditions, traffic, and mapping data can change. You remain responsible for driving safely and complying with road rules regardless of the route suggested.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
MiliRoute is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiliRoute Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including delays or costs resulting from route calculations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MiliRoute after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
